You need to warm up before you start jogging or you could strain your muscles.

warm up(2) – become more interesting or enjoyable

The party took a long time to warm up but once it did it was brilliant! We had a great time!

warm up(3) – become warmer

It’s freezing outside but don’t worry, the house warms up really quickly once the heating is turned on.

watch out – be careful

‘Watch out!’ he shouted, as she ran towards the closed glass door, but she didn’t hear him…
